Jon is currently Director/Executive Producer in the Sixth Season of the Fox Network drama thriller “24”.

Jon received an Emmy Award (2006) for "Outstanding Directing" for "24's" Season 5 Premiere episode.

In addition as a producer, Jon received an Emmy Award (2006) when "24" was awarded the "Outstanding Drama Series" of the year.

Jon received a Directors Guild of America (DGA) Nomination in 2003 for the "24" Season 2 finale episode "7:00 AM - 8:00 AM"

Jon is the author and photographer of the book, "24: Behind the Scenes", a photography book that shows the behind the scenes moments of "24" over the first five seasons of the show. The book will include over 200 photos taken by Jon Cassar, Rodney Charters, Isabella Vosmikova and other filmmakers of "24". This book will be available November 2006.

Episodes of this season's "24" can be seen Monday nights at 9:00 pm, (8:00 pm Central & Mountain Times) on Fox.
